Redesigning end-to-end processes with AI as the premise.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked across industries — in the field — running technology and operational improvement projects. End-to-end consulting in Southeast Asia and Europe left me with one conviction: there are problems no organisation can solve without redesigning its processes end-to-end, yet many organisations turn away from the work.
Problems that surface downstream can only be solved upstream. That is why an end-to-end approach is necessary. Processes built before AI were designed around people. From now on, those processes should be redesigned end-to-end with AI as the premise — this is what OperationX means by AI-Native BPR.
Question the premise before treating downstream symptoms. Where there is no room for redesign, the work is declined.
The grounds for each decision are written down at the time it is made — so that even when the people change, why a given choice was made remains traceable.
A practice built on going deep with one client at a time. The number of engagements that can be held is therefore limited.
AI is not treated as automation bolted on after the fact. The whole process is rebuilt with AI as a constituent element.
